Real Bodywork's Gentle Practice Yoga DVD Review and Giveaway - CLOSED

For those of you who know me well, you know that Yoga is not normally my gig.  I always liked the fast pace of the kick boxing type workouts and fast dancing, Yoga always seemed a little boring for me.  My friend and I were chatting and she is a diehard Yoga fan and convinced me to give it a try.

So my first introduction to the Yoga world was last night with Real Bodywork's Gentle Practice, and let me tell you, every mom needs to do Yoga!

New and Exciting Things Coming Up!

Ok so I have some new things coming this month!  I will be redoing my journals and making a separate page for them, they are a bit redundant right now and using the front page for healthy discussions, reviews, and giveaways.
