FitBALL Sport Review from CSN Stores

First Impression: The FitBALL looks exactly like it does in the picture!  A really pretty shiny blue, and when blown up it has the perfect resistance and softness to enable an awesome ab routine.  I love how CSN Storeshas an entire store dedicated to fitness!

Style/Choices:  The FitBALL comes in blue, black, and white.  You also have a choice in size and if you would like it to be hard or soft.  I chose soft and a medium sized ball.

Functionality: The FitBALL is very functional!  The ball is a great tool to work on your core/balance, upper body, lower body, general balance, and for warming up.

How it Promotes a Healthy Lifestyle:  I think this is pretty self explanatory!  Building your balance and core is key to a healthy lifestyle and the FitBALL is the perfect tool to achieve the perfect level of fitness.  It is pretty common to see physical fitness trainers using stability balls as the sole exercise tool in training sessions.

Information From Website: Ball Dynamics® has been family owned and operated since 1990. We were founded by a physical therapist, Joanne Posner-Mayer, to ensure that her clients and other physical therapists had access to the highest-quality exercise and therapy ball products. Since that time, BDI has been a leading source and educator for physical therapists and fitness professionals, offering a full line of FitBALL® exercise balls, ball accessories, and educational products for core strength training and therapy.

Cost Effective: The ball is extremely cost effective!  In fact I had no idea that you could get them so cheap! It is only $15.96!  If you find it cheaper anywhere else CSN Stores has a link to report it.  They strive to make their customers happy which is another reason why this company is so great!

Pros:
  • Inexpensive
  • Can be used for all elements of fitness
  • Sizes and colors to choose from
  • Comes with an exercise chart

Cons:
  • Doesn't come with a pump, so if you don't have one you need to spend a little more to purchase the kit that comes with the pump.

BUY IT: Go here FitBALL.

I was not paid to do this review, the product was given to me for free but in no way influenced my opinions.  Others may have different views and results.
