To be completed throughout the day:
Highs: We went to a pizza place for lunch with some friends, and instead of ordering 2 pieces of pizza, I got a salad - WTG ME!
Lows: I need to get some more rest, so tired
Random: Looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Need to eat more veggies - mental note
Exercise: 50 jumping jacks before I took a shower, couldn't find time to do anything else
Food Journal:
Breakfast: One cup cold cereal with skim milk, coffee
Lunch: Garden Salad with italian dressing
Snack: Strawberries
Dinner: Salmon and a piece of bread
I am still a housewife too:
Wipe down kitchen counters
