To be completed throughout the day:
Exercise: Got up at 5:30 am and did the elliptical for 35 minutes, while on the elliptical I used 3 lb weights and did bis, tris, and curls. Afternoon - Chased Gavin on his bike while wearing Ellianna.
Breakfast: One cup cold cereal with skim milk, coffee
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Snack: Bag of M&Ms :-( - darn 2 for $1
Dinner: A piece of pizza and an orange
