Highs: A great relaxing day with my kids
Lows: I didn't eat enough veggies
Exercise: Took the kidlets on a walk
Food Journal:
Breakfast: Coffee, 2 pancakes with sugar free fat free syrup
Snack: 2 cups of popcorn
Lunch: 1/2 hamburger, orange
Snack: Fat Free Sherbert
Dessert: Broccoli and chicken pasta
I am still a housewife too:
Clean the outside
Launder, fold, and put away diapers
Clean kitchen table
Wipe down counters
Dust
