Weighing in Wednesdays

I weighed in at 162.4!

Only lost one pound this week, that is to be expected.... I really pigged out this past weekend.

Congrats! 1 lb. a week is still great - that is a healthy weight loss and the best way to KEEP IT OFF! :)
